Questions, bugs or feedback: support@honfitness.com. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (Settings → About). I read every message.
Settings → Data. Export All Data (JSON) and Export as CSV are there, as is Delete All Data. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device.
Sign in to the same iCloud account, install H.O.N. and use Settings → Data → Restore from iCloud. Workouts imported from Apple Health are not stored in iCloud (see the privacy policy); they re-import from Health.
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → H.O.N. You can turn off reading, writing, or importing workouts from other apps at any time; H.O.N. keeps working without it.
Open the H.O.N. app on the iPhone first and keep the watch unlocked on your wrist. If the watch still shows "Connecting", force-quit both apps and reopen the iPhone app, then the watch app.
It should not: each imported workout is matched by its Health ID, and workouts H.O.N. itself saved are skipped. If you see a duplicate, email me with the date and I will fix it.
Yes — Settings → Privacy. Analytics are off until you opt in; crash reports are on by default and can be switched off.
H.O.N. is a training log, not medical advice. If you feel unwell or have a health condition, check with a clinician before starting a program.
